What is Parties Around Town?
Parties Around Town is a series of intimate, themed fundraising gatherings hosted by members of the Worcester JCC community throughout the late spring and summer.
Each host creates a unique experience inspired by their own passions—whether it's a backyard dinner party, pickleball social, wine tasting, fitness experience, art workshop, or family gathering. Every event is different and each host sets their own ticket price.
These gatherings are intentionally small and personal, creating spaces where members of our community can connect, laugh, and build relationships beyond the walls of the JCC.
Why It Matters
At the Worcester JCC, our mission is rooted in community, belonging, and opportunity. Parties Around Town brings together the many sub-communities that make the J special:
• Camp families
• Group fitness members
• Pickleball players
• Early childhood parents
• Arts and culture enthusiasts
• Seniors and teens
• New members and longtime supporters
Through these gatherings we celebrate what makes the JCC so special — the people.
Our Goal
Our goal is to raise $40,000 to support scholarships for youth programming.
Funds raised will help ensure that children across Greater Worcester have access to programs that shape confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories, including:
• JCC Summer Day Camp
• Sports Camp
• Afterschool Programs
• Swim Lessons
• Jr. NBA Basketball
Every ticket purchased and every donation helps ensure that no child is turned away due to financial barriers.
