How long a session should I book?

  • 30 minutes: good for focused injury work or relaxation for part of the body. Example: plantar fasciitis work on one foot, focus work for sciatica on one side, relaxation or focus for neck and back, frozen shoulder treatment
  • 60 minutes: minimum time needed for a head-to-toe session. May included relaxation and *some* focus work. This session length can also just be for one or two focus areas.
  • 75 minutes: great length for head-to-toe session with a focus on one trouble spot.
  • 90 minutes: great for head-to-toe with multiple areas of focus. But just because a session is longer, doesn’t mean one *has* to have head to toe work. The session can be used for a particular part of the body.
