• JCC reserves the right to correct any typographical error.
  • There is no smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol allowed anywhere on the premises.  We reserve the right to ask individuals who are presumed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol to leave the premises.

Appropriate Behavior

  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership or program participation privileges of those whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the Center, its staff, other members and/or visitors.

Admission Policy

  • The JCC is open to all
  • Members must use their badge to enter the facility
  • Last admission into the building 15 minutes prior to closing.
  • Pool cleared 1/2 hour prior to closing.

Children at the JCC

  • While visiting the JCC, all member children up to the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The JCC does not accept responsibility for children in the building unless they are enrolled in JCC supervised programs for which the child is registered.
  • Children 11-14 years old are welcome to accompany an adult into group exercise classes, with restrictions.
  • Children 11-14 are also able to use the fitness center under the supervision of a personal trainer or after completing the YouthFit program from our personal trainers. Please see our fitness department for details.
  • Members 15 years and older can use the fitness center.
  • Guests must be 18 years and older to use the fitness center unless supervised by JCC staff for programs.

Guest Passes

    • We encourage members to introduce friends and family to the JCC. Members are responsible for their guest for the duration of the visit.
    • All guests must present a Photo ID and sign a Liability Release Waiver
    • Guest pass fee, without a member (18+): $20/day per person or $40/week per person (7 consecutive days)
    • Guest pass fee, without a member (17 and under): $10/day or $25/week (7 consecutive days). Guests up to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Adult signature required on waiver, and photo ID.
    • Teen Members are limited to one guest at a time unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Please purchase Saturday guest passes during the week prior to use (No business transactions on Saturdays/Shabbat).

Locker Rooms

  • The JCC offers three different options for lockers:
    • Gender-specific locker rooms on the first floor (all ages)
    • Family/Gender neutral locker room on the first floor (all ages)
    • Gender-specific Spa/Adult only locker room (18+)
  • Lockers are provided free for day use in all locker rooms.  Users must provide their own locks.
  • Members assume all responsibility for items left in the locker rooms and the lockers.  Valuables should not be kept in the lockers.  
  • Locks kept overnight on lockers will be clipped and contents removed unless you have an assigned locker for rent
  • The JCC assumes no responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged from our facility.
  • Guests are expected to use modest behavior in the locker rooms for the comfort of all guests
  • Use of cell phones in locker rooms is prohibited.
  • No alcohol, drugs or vaping is permitted at any time.

Overnight storage is only available in the adult spa locker rooms for an additional fee. Visit the Welcome Desk for locker rental information.

Membership Freezes / Cancellations

Annual members may freeze their membership once in a 12 month period, for up to 3 consecutive months. Notice is required by the 15th of the month preceding the requested freeze by membership freeze form. Freeze fee is $30 regardless of duration. Freeze fee cannot be applied to a portion of a membership or Early Childhood program memberships.

A medical freeze can be requested in writing with a physician’s note.  To return to activity, member/participant must provide documents that they are cleared to return to activity.

Membership Policy

  • Membership fees must be paid in full in advance, or in a monthly payment plan. The first payment is due at signup or renewal. Subsequent payments are taken by the 10th of the following month.
  • Membership ID cards are required for members 10 years and older. Cards must be scanned to enter the building and to pass to the preschool, aquatic and fitness areas. Photos are required to be taken for the membership record of each member age 10 and older.
  • Cards are non-transferable:  No one other than the card holder may use the card. 
  • Membership can be revoked if the card is used by a different person.
  • Membership cards will become inactive if there are any outstanding balances.  
  • Members who use autopay must notify membership if their credit card info must be updated.
  • A $15 fee will be charged for each replacement card.
  • A $35 charge for any returned checks or declined credit card will apply. 
  • Membership fee adjustments may occur in July of each year.

Program Fees

  • Refunds or credits for programs shall be allowed for cancellations by participant, if notice of cancellation is received by the Center office before the starting date of the program, unless otherwise specified. No refunds of Early Childhood, Camp and After School Special deposits. Forfeited amounts may not be applied to another service or program. See camp brochure for camp payment policies. No refunds for school year programs.
  • Full refunds or credits to accounts shall be made in the event an activity is cancelled by the Center due to insufficient registration.
  • No credit or refund shall apply if participant withdraws after the starting date of the program.
  • No credit or refund for missed classes.
  • Birthday Parties require a non-transferable, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire cost of the party to reserve the party date and time. The remainder of the cost of the party must be paid to the receptionist at the kiosk on the day of the party.

No transactions will be conducted on Shabbat.

Transactions

  • No financial transactions will be conducted on Shabbat (sunset on Friday to sunset on Saturday)
