How long a session should I book?
- 30 minute session: good for focused injury work or relaxation for part of the body. Example: plantar fasciitis work on one foot, focus work for sciatica on one side, relaxation or focus for neck and back, frozen shoulder treatment
- 60 minute session: minimum time needed for a head to toe session. May included relaxation and *some* focus work. This session length can also just be for one or two focus areas.
- 75 minute session: great length for head to toe session with a focus on one trouble spot.
- 90 minute session: great for head to toe with multiple areas of focus. But just because a session is longer, doesn’t mean one *has* to have head to toe work. The session can be used for a particular part of the body.
