Les Mills Virtual Workouts
Virtual Studio @ the JCC!
These are high quality exercise videos of some of the most popular Les Mills programs. These videos will run when we don’t have live, in-person instructor led classes already scheduled. This means that nearly every hour we are open, classes will be taking place. They will be pre-programmed, shown on an 86” screen, start automatically at the scheduled time and all you have to do is reserve your spot with the MyJ app when convenient for you.
BodyCombat
A workout where you punch and kick, but without contact. Participants get their whole bodies fit and strong, burn massive calories, relieve stress, feel empowered, and have a blast.
Barre
A modern expression of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone the muscles and build core strength. Without the traditional bar to support you, stability and strength become the focus.
Sh’Bam
This dance workout will have every part of your body moving to the infectious beat of popular hits. Participants burn calories, strengthen cardiovascular systems and improve mental health.
Body Attack
30 minutes of no dance moves, tricky choreography or rhythms, just straight sports-based movements (ladder runs, sprints, lateral movement, jacks, high knees) run along with strength (pushups, squats, lunges, and burpees). All incorporated into two cardio peaks finishing with the entire core (abs and back/posterior chain). A complete total body workout in only 30 minutes. And as always, every movement can be modified for your ability and enjoyment.
Born to Move (Early Years Preschool-6 years old)
Children develop self-awareness, balance, weight transfer, and concentration skills as they interpret music and explore moving to the beat. Wonderful music written especially for these classes has instructions woven into the lyrics.
Born to Move (Ages 7-16 years old)
Young people experience fitness differently from adults. For them, physical activity is about feeling good rather than looking good. This class is about the joy of self-expression and the thrill of discovering and mastering new skills.
On Demand
The classes you love, on your schedule. During an On-Demand time slot, reserve a time on My J and chose your desired class from our catalog. Our facilies. Our equipment. Virtual instructors from Les Mills. Your choice.

Stages Les Mills Virtual Bikes
These bikes are located in the fitness center and available for your use. Just jump on and go! You have the option of 30, 45 or 55 minute rides; 3 different programs – SPRINT (30 HIIT ride); RPM (45 min ride) or THE TRIP (enter a digitally created world on your bike). The Stages power meter will give you live, accurate metrics as you ride, and Bluetooth connectivity will let you pair heart-rate monitors and headphones.
