To ensure everyone's safety, masks are required to enter the building. Unvaccinated people must be masked unless swimming and showering. Fully vaccinated people can remove their masks when working out, showering and swimming. Use of masks are optional for all outside activities regardless of vaccine status.

The JCC Health and Fitness Center is exactly what you've been looking for to achieve your health & fitness goals. Whether you have an established routine or are new to exercise, our qualified staff will help you develop a training program for your long-term health & wellness in mind. You'll find classes that range from beginner to high intensity, taught by certified instructors who are dedicated to maintaining a high-quality fitness experience. Our programs include 5 Les Mills classes which offer a wide range of choices, from calming/centered to unleashed/empowered and everywhere in-between. We also offer Cardio, Mind, and Body classes, Aquatic Exercise, Strength Training, Spin, Circuit Training, and Senior Adult Group Exercise. With access to a year-round indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, racquetball court, international squash court, tennis courts, and basketball leagues, there's something for everyone at the "J"!
No matter your age, the JCC provides instructional and recreational activities to help get members into shape, stretch, and tone.
As part of your JCC membership, you receive a MicroFit's state of the art fitness and wellness evaluation along with an orientation to the JCC Fitness Center and suggestions for your participation in JCC fitness programming. MicroFit's "State of the Art" Fitness and Wellness Evaluations will measure your Lifestyle Choices, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Body Composition (% Fat), Aerobic Fitness, Strength and Flexibility.

Group EX Weather Announcements
With a delay or cancellation of Worcester Public schools, all group ex classes before 7:30am will be cancelled.
All members will have access to the fitness center when classes are cancelled.
8am classes and later will be determined after consideration of the severity of the weather and road conditions.
We send out a J-Alert if there are any class cancellations. This includes classes on weekdays, weekends, and school vacation programs.
