May 21, 2026
12:30-1:30PM
Worcester JCC Marc Levine Auditorium

What is the role of the Court in imposing limits on presidential power? How well is it functioning? Is the Court acting in a partisan way? What is the difference between ideology and partisanship? Are there problems with the way the Court uses the Shadow Docket?
