Grief’s Cast of Characters:
Understanding the Emotions of Loss

Please reserve your spot no later than Noon on Friday, March 20
JCC Members: Free, Non-Members: $10

Grief can feel lonely and overwhelming, as many emotions arrive all at once. Yet these feelings are not enemies—they are companions on the journey of loss, each carrying a message about love, change, and healing. In this gentle seminar, grief is explored through a “cast of characters,” representing emotions such as sorrow, loneliness, fear, and anger. Through reflection and conversation, participants will gain a more compassionate understanding of their grief and discover how loss can deepen resilience and understanding.
Dairy/Vegetarian Lunch is included.
