Aqua Fitness
Take the plunge into water fitness in our state-of-the-art six-lane, 25-yard indoor pool! Set in a building with natural lighting, the pool is perfect for a leisurely swim or an effective workout using water - not your body weight - as resistance.
Reservations can be made on the My J app or My J desktop site.
Reservations are suggested, so participants can be alerted of building changes or cancellations.
HIIT the H2O
A 45 minute class where you are suspended in the deep end of the pool with the use of a flotation belt. The format is alternating periods of hard work followed by short rest periods. Appropriate for all levels.
DRENCHED
A 45 minute shallow water class set to music with 3 blocks of work. Appropriate for all levels.
Block 1 - warm-up.
Block 2 - incorporates 30 second consecutive intervals using grounded strength, cardio and power cardio moves.
Block 3 - allows you to increase resistance with AQUALOGIC resistive equipment.
Hydrorider Aquatic Bike Class
Tuesdays: 8am—9am
Thursdays: 8am—9am

Hydrorider Aquabikes are one of the most exciting and innovative means of aquatic training. We are thrilled to offer to you Hyrdrorider small group training! Cycling in an aquatic environment provides an excellent cardiovascular workout while taking advantage of the many benefits of water training. Buoyancy allows those suffering from joint, muscle or bone pain to exercise.
• Those with movement restrictions won’t stress joints or muscles.
• Experience increased stroke volume/cardiac output and decreased inflammation.
• Training in the water allows for training at a greater intensity level due to the cooling effect and fast recovery rate.
• Perfect cross training workout or off-season cardiovascular training.
Aqua sneakers or water shoes must be worn
Minimum of 5’ tall - the bike will be in 4’ of water

Water Warriors
Wednesdays, 9am
Combines a mix of free-style movements, followed by a variety of circuit training for muscular conditioning and cardiorespiratory training. Add to this motivational music and it simply is the most fun you’ll have building stamina. Adjustable for all levels of activity. Intermediate to advanced level.
