BOOT CAMP, Adult
2 times each week for 6 weeks (T & Th), start the day off with Tracy at 6 AM. Alternating intervals of cardio drills and muscle training exercises will provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. Expect the unexpected with classes that may use jump ropes, dumbells, agility drills and maybe just a little good natured competition! Burn tons of calories and have loads of fun with the variety and high energy format of Bootcamp.
Suitable for all levels. Classes will take place in the gymnasium or outside.

TRX SUSPENSION CLASSES (monthly), Adult
This total body strength workout will get your heart rate up to burn calories, while building a strong core and tightening your muscles. This is unlike any workout you are currently doing. We are sure you will like it.
JCC Membership not required.

Minimum of 4 needed. It is important that you fill out a registration form and pre-pay so that we know that a class will run. Also, get 4 people and have a class on your own day/time.

YOUTH FITNESS JR. FITNESS CENTER TRAINING COURSE, ages 11 - 15
The JCC offers a four-week supervised program to prepare teens (ages 11-15) for proper training with specific strength conditioning and cardiovascular exercise in the Fitness Center. A Fitness Center membership is a requirement and upon successful completion of this course, teens will be able to use the JCC Fitness Center between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00 pm and at other times if accompanied by a parent. JOHNNY G SPINNING, All Ages
This exciting instructor-led group cycling class allows individuals of all fitness levels to complete a cardiovascular routine successfully on our Star Trac Spinners. Allow yourself to be led on an all terrain, strength training or endurance ride and benefit from this exciting 1 hour mind-body workout. Free to JCC members.
Spinning Policies: In order to serve all of our members the following rules have been established:
-JCC members may reserve a spot in a Spinning class
-JCC Non-members may purchase a Spin card or prepay to reserve the Spin.
-JCC Non-members...$7.50/1 spin or $75/card of 10 spins
-Please plan to be early. For your safety, a proper warm up is esesntial and will allow the class to begin on time.
-If you arrive after the start of the class, your reserved spot may be released to a waiting member.
