VIDEO SERIES & BROWN BAG LUNCH Adult/Sr. Adult
Great World Religions: HINDUISM
Teaching Company video, taught by Mark W. Muesse, Chair of the Department of Religious Studies of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn.

One of the primary themes of this new series is the difficulty of studying Hinduism, the world's oldest living religious tradition, without imposing Western perceptions on it. In Hinduism you will find a religion more gods and goddesses than any other, and which rejects the notion that there is one path to the divine. The journey begins with the study of the early cultures that shaped the development of Hinduism and continues through Hinduism today.
