The JCC Health and Fitness Center is exactly what you have been looking for so that achieving your health & fitness goals has never been easier. Whether you have an established routine or are new to exercise, our qualified staff will help you to develop a training program with your long term health & wellness benefits in mind. You'll find classes that range from beginner to high intensity and are taught by certified instructors who are dedicated to maintaining a high quality fitness experience. Programs offered include 5 Les Mills classes which give a member a wide range of choices to experience calming/centered to unleashed/empowered to everywhere in between. Additionally we offer Cardio, Mind & Body classes, Aquatic Exercise, Strength Training, spinning, Circuit training and Senior Adult Group Exercise. With access to a year round indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, racquetball court, International squash court, tennis courts and basketball leagues, you'll find there is something for everyone at the "J"!

No matter what your age, the JCC provides instructional and recreational activities to help get members into shape, stretch and tone, or compete in an organized league.

As part of your JCC membership, you receive a MicroFit's state of the art fitness and wellness evaluation along with an orientation to the JCC Fitness Center and suggestions for your participation in JCC fitness programming.  MicroFit's "State of the Art" Fitness and Welllness Evaluations will measure your Lifestyle Choices, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Body Composition (% Fat), Aerobic Fitness, Strength and Flexibility.

TurboRoster - sign up for classes online now!

TurboRoster our online reservation system for reserving a spot in JCC small group training sessions and spin (required) and in JCC group exercise classes (not required).  Members enroll in the online system by clicking on TurboRoster  or sign up for online classes now on the TurboRoster link on the Health and Fitness page, small group exercise page, group exercise page or the spinning page.

Once you enroll in the system, signing up for small group exercise classes is easy! Use your mobile phone or any computer. No more paper signups at the front desk!

Group EX Weather Announcements

 With a delay or cancellation of Worcester Public schools, all group ex classes before 7:30am will be cancelled.

 All members will have access to the fitness center when classes are cancelled.

 8am classes and later will be determined after consideration of the severity of the weather and road conditions.

 A J Alert will be sent if there are any class cancellations. This includes classes on weekdays, weekends and school vacation programs.

 Call our snow line, which will have the latest info on schedule changes due to inclement weather, at 508-756-7135.
