Nicolette Bender
My education includes a BS in Exercise Science, an Associates degree in Physical Therapy and certifications from National Strength and Conditioning Association and Stott Pilates. The Reltes method has proven excellent for core conditioning, postural realignment, spinals stabilization and general conditioning for clients from post rehab to the athlete. My philosophy is to focus on the client as a whole and to find exercises that will help immediately with daily function.
Sharon Dwelley
I have been a certified fitness instructor for over 20 years and recently became a certified personal trainer. In my fitness career, I have worked with all ages and levels of fitness. One of my interests is assisting clients who have had an illness or injury that has set them back physically. My personal experience with battling cancer and regaining my own health and fitness makes me confident that I can help clients regain their strength, endurance and balance.
Slavka Johnson
I have been working in sports and fitness for over 20 years. I have trained all age groups from amateur to nationally ranked athletes. I am a firm believer that the right diet and fitness gives your life the highest quality of enjoyment. The Pilates technique of training is one of my favorite because of its low impact and great results for your posture, abs and back. Give yourself a gift of being the best you can be.

Stacie Lavine
As an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor I enjoy making fitness a fun and rewarding experience. Certified in BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyFlow and SPINNING, I understand that the key to a well balanced and fit lifestyle; the optimal mix of strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training, is core conditioning.
As a STOTT PILATES Trained Instructor, I see pilates as the “foundation for optimal musculoskeletal performance –strength, flexibility and endurance”.
I help my clients to understand, take responsibility for, and work to improve their posture and movement patterns.
This allows them to incorporate their pilates practice into their daily lives, a mindful way to improve their overall well-being.
