The JCC Heath and Fitness Center is exactly what you have been looking for so that achieving your health & fitness goals has never been easier. Whether you have an established routine or are new to exercise, our qualified staff will help you to develop a training program with your long term health & wellness benefits in mind. You'll find classes thaat range from beginner to high intensity and are taught by certified instructors who are dedicated to maintaining a high quality fitness experience. Programs offered include 5 Les Mills classes which give a member a wide range of choices to experience calming/centered to unleashed/empowered to everywhere in between. Additionally we offer Cardio, Mind & Body classes, Aquatic Exercise, Strength Training, spinning, Circuit training and Senior Adult Group Exercise. With access to a year round indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, racquetball court, International squash court, tennis courts and basketball leagues, you'll find there is something for everyone at the "J"!
